09bd operates an online betting and casino platform accessible at https://09bd.io (the "Platform"). The Platform provides sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and associated promotional services to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted territories.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, wagering, withdrawals, and participation in promotions. 09bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Players must complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details. Any change to your name, address, phone number, or payment method must be reported to 09bd support promptly.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 09bd will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify support immediately at [email protected].

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one Account. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 09bd may, at its sole discretion, close all but the original Account, void any wagers placed from duplicate accounts, and withhold any associated bonus funds. Real-money deposits from duplicate accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

09bd may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any point during the player relationship. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of bKash account) may also be requested. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended pending resolution.

All deposits on the 09bd Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There are no fees charged by 09bd on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time for mobile wallet transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing times. 09bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

You must only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the Account holder, 09bd may freeze the Account pending investigation and return the funds to the originating payment method.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank transfers. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 09bd support team.

Standard mobile wallet withdrawals are processed within five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. 09bd does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply fees independently.

09bd reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any withdrawal where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified may be delayed or declined pending further review.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus funds will result in the bonus being voided prior to processing the withdrawal.

All sports bets placed on the 09bd Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, in addition to the general betting terms set out below:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. 09bd does not guarantee that the displayed odds will remain available for any period of time.
• Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred and is verified by 09bd's trading team.
• In the event of an event being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules communicated on the Platform.
• 09bd reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any form of sporting integrity violation.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. 09bd may reduce limits for individual players at its sole discretion.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay period. 09bd will not be liable for bets placed with knowledge of an outcome that has already occurred.
